Chicken Parmesan

I got this from a cookbook called Back of the Box Gourmet. It’s a Kraft recipe that has since been slightly altered.

Chicken Parmesan

This is quick, easy and tastes delicious (the cornflakes make it crunchy). Serve it with Aunt Kay's Corn Casserole and French Green Peas for an excellent meal.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer cut up, skinned (boneless, skinless chicken works great, too)
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs Kraft now owns Post, so use that - right!
  • 1/2 cup 2 oz. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Brush chicken with mayonnaise.
  4. Coat with crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
